Hello Chocolate Lovers! Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse is an epic one. Made with 6 ingredients only, it’s vegan, healthy, and delicious. One cannot simply stop at one bite.
2/3 Cup The Butternut Co. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Creamy
3/4 Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate
Pinch Of Sea Salt
2 Cups Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
6 Whole Pitted Medjool Dates
1. In a pan, add chocolate hazelnut spread, dark chocolate, salt, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Start the flame on medium-low heat and whisk well.
2. Once it’s melted, add the remaining coconut milk and whisk it until combined well. Turn off the heat, add vanilla to it.
3. Transfer it to a blender, add dates and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into glasses or bowls and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 5. Top with your favorite seasonal fruit. Enjoy!
