This Turmeric Tahini Dressing is a simple, nut free recipe with an antioxidant boost . It’s creamy, spicy and perfect for your summer salads

¼ Cup The Butternut Co. Tahini
3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tsp Ground Turmeric
¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper


1. In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, pepper, and water and whisk until smooth and creamy.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!


NOTE: Can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
