TRIPLE BERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

So Blanched Almond Butter has this alternate personality.

“The other day I ran out of Almond Milk mid-way through making my breakfast smoothie. I quickly whipped up a fresh batch using the unsweetened Blanched Almond Butter!” says our in-house nutritionist.

For Fresh Almond Milk: Take 100g Blanched Almond Butter + 800ml water and blend together on high.

Ingredients:

Handful mixed frozen berries

½ banana

1 cup Almond Milk (using The Butternut Co Blanched Almond Butter recipe above)

Ice

Granola, to drizzle

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until everything is a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with granola.
  3. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
