Protein Macros 20-25g (from protein powder) + 8-10g from Unsweetened Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS :

1 serve protein powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 banana

1 tsp cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder

Almond milk

Ice

METHOD :
Step 1: Blend all the ingredients with ice until smooth.
Step2: Enjoy post workout!
