SPICY THAI NO PEANUT SAUCE

A spicy peanut free sauce is just what you need to add some zing to your day.

It’s better for you than any store-bought sauce; use this to marinate, stir fry and drizzle over everything! And the best part? It takes under 5 minutes to prep. You can also make ahead and store it in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp Coconut Cream
1/4 cup The Butternut Co Almond Butter, Creamy
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp water
Sea Salt

METHOD
1. Mix the rice wine vinegar, coconut cream, almond butter and sesame oil in a bowl until everything is combined properly.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine it into a homogenous sauce. Add water last, and as per desired consistency. Mix well.
3. Add salt to taste. Serve fresh, with your choice of food. Enjoy!
