1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Red Curry Paste,
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Cup Of Veg/chicken Broth
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Cup Of Coconut Cream
1 Heaped Tbsp Of The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy
1/2 Cup Kale Roughly Chopped
Chopped Peanuts For Garnish
- In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic paste and sauté until golden brown. Add red curry paste, and soy sauce, and mix well until fragrant.
- Add of veg/chicken broth and curry powder and give it a good mix. Turn the heat to medium and add your uncooked noodles with coconut cream and let it shimmer.
- Add The Butternut co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy and let the noodle cook through. Once the noodles are done add roughly chopped kale on top.
- Remove from heat onto a bowl. Garnish with chopped peanuts on top and serve hot. Enjoy!
