1 Tbsp Oil​

1 Tbsp Garlic Paste​

1 Tbsp Red Curry Paste, ​

2 Tsp Soy Sauce​

1 Cup Of Veg/chicken Broth ​

1 Tbsp Curry Powder ​

1/2 Cup Of Coconut Cream​

1 Heaped Tbsp Of The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy​

1/2 Cup Kale Roughly Chopped ​

Chopped Peanuts For Garnish ​



  • In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic paste and sauté until golden brown. Add red curry paste, and soy sauce, and mix well until fragrant. ​
  • Add of veg/chicken broth and curry powder and give it a good mix. Turn the heat to medium and add your uncooked noodles with coconut cream and let it shimmer. ​
  • Add The Butternut co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy and let the noodle cook through. Once the noodles are done add roughly chopped kale on top. ​
  • Remove from heat onto a bowl. Garnish with chopped peanuts on top and serve hot. Enjoy!​
