This delectable Spicy Almond Butter Bowl is the perfect way to spice up your day also add that extra bit of protein to your meal.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Mushroom, Sliced
2 Cups Kale, Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Rice
2 Heaped Tbsp The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Almond Butter Creamy
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Orange/lime Juice
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1. Cook your rice and set it aside. In a frying pan over medium heat, add mushroom, kale, olive oil, bell pepper, and onions.
2. Cook until kale is wilted and the mushrooms turn brown.
3. Stir your sauce ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
