A dollop of delicious tahini spread is all you need to make your favourite SMOKY GARLIC HUMMUS, richer and creamier!


1 +3/4 cup chickpeas, drained, 1 tbsp of the liquid reserved

1 small garlic clove, smashed

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup tahini

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Pinch of sweet smoked paprika

Kosher salt

Pita chips or crudités, for serving


  1. Combine the chickpeas with the liquid, garlic, lemon juice and tahini in a food processor and puree to a chunky paste.
  2. Scrape down the side of the bowl.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and the smoked paprika and puree until smooth.
  4. Season the hummus with salt, drizzle with olive oil and serve with pita chips or crudités. Enjoy!

Tip: Keep the hummus refrigerated to savour it for up to 5 days.
