A single-serve treat for yourself! This cookie is crisp on the outside, soft, and chewy on the inside with a melt-in-your-mouth chocolatey center.


1/2 Mashed Banana

1 Tbsp The Butternut Co. Organic Peanut Butter Honey

2-3 Tbsps. Gluten-free Flour

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Pinch Of Cinnamon

1 Square Of Dark Chocolate

1/2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips


1. Mix the mashed banana and peanut butter in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir until combined

2. Scoop half of the dough onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add a piece of dark chocolate to the center. Scoop half of the dough on top. Add chocolate chips on top.

3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Allow cooling & enjoy!
