With 5 ingredients only these CHOCOLATE COOKIE CUPS are so easy to make and so scrumptious! Did we mention they are vegan and gluten-free ?!



For The Base Cups:

55g Ground Oats

4 Tbsp The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

A Pinch Of Salt

For The Chocolate Filling:

6 Heaped Tbsp The Butternut Co. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Creamy 



1. Mix all the ingredients for the cups into a dough-like consistency. Divide into 6 parts and place inside cupcake molds. Press down and towards the sides to create a cup shape. Keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

2. Add 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread onto the cups and freeze for another 10 minutes.

3. Serve as a guilt-free dessert. Enjoy!
