3 Tbsp Red Curry Paste

½ Cup Hot Water

4 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Milk

¼ Cup The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Almond Butter Creamy

2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

2 Tbsp Tamari

1 Tbsp Sriracha

1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

Salt, To Taste



1. In a bowl, whisk together curry paste, coconut milk.

2. Add hot water until smooth.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk well. Taste and adjust accordingly.

4. You can Keep the sauce in an airtight container. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
