This RASPBERRY AND ALMOND BUTTER SMOOTHIE is the perfect definition of a breakfast smoothie. It’s a super easy and quick make, making it an extra-powerful smoothie that will keep you refreshed all day. It ticks all the boxes – it’s dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and also sneaks in some greens.


1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Coarsely Chopped Zucchini
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Almond Butter Crunchy
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Flax Seeds
1/2 Tsp Finely Grated Lemon Zest
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
A Pinch of Salt


1. Blend all the ingredients at high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1 min.

2. Adjust the Almond milk as per preferred consistency. Add ice cubes if required. Drink fresh. Enjoy!
