This Peanut Butter Green Smoothie is packed with protein, greens and peanut butter goodness! It’s perfect post a morning sweat session or a cool evening run.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups peeled & frozen banana
- 3 tbsp The Butternut Co. Classic Peanut butter with Jaggery
- 2 soft pitted dates
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup spinach, packed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice to blend
METHOD:
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1-2 mins or until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more or less almond milk and ice.
- Top with more peanut butter or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
