When there’s no time to cook and all you have are 3 minutes and some raw ingredients! Plus its Navratri and you need a vegetarian recipe. Butternut to the rescue!

Ingredients:
1 cup regular or greek yogurt
2 tbsp your favorite Butternut Nut Butter
½ cup granola or muesli
½ cup any berries or fruit of choice, chopped
Few sprigs of mint leaves
To Sprinkle (optional):
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tsp chia seeds (sabja)
METHOD:
1. Whip together – the greek yogurt and nut butter.
2. Fold half of the chopped fruit into the yogurt mix
3. Layer a mason jar with granola. Add the yogurt mix and repeat until jar is full.
4.Top with more fruits and sprinkles. Enjoy!
