Ingredients:
Gluten Free unsalted crackers (substitute whole wheat crackers or bread cut in squares)
Nut Butter (of your choice)
Avocado, 1 large, sliced
Black Rasins or Goji Berries
Steps:
- Lightly toast the gluten free crackers at 120 C, in a preheated oven, for 7-10 minutes.
- Allow them to cool and apply a generous layer of nut butter. Recommended: Classic Almond, Bare Almond, Supernut
- Layer with fresh, sliced avocado. Add salt, pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with soaked, dried black raisins or goji berries.
