Nut Butter and Avocado 5pm Snack

Avocado Snack With Nut Butter


Gluten Free unsalted crackers (substitute whole wheat crackers or bread cut in squares)
Nut Butter (of your choice)
Avocado, 1 large, sliced
Black Rasins or Goji Berries


  1. Lightly toast the gluten free crackers at 120 C, in a preheated oven, for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Allow them to cool and apply a generous layer of nut butter. Recommended: Classic Almond, Bare Almond, Supernut
  3. Layer with fresh, sliced avocado. Add salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with soaked, dried black raisins or goji berries.
