If you’re nuts about a delicious, easy chocolate-y dessert, this NO BAKE GLUTEN-FREE, DARK CHOCOLATE TART will be the new party favourite!
Ingredients:
Crust
23g rolled oats
50g almond powder
15g cocoa nibs
5g cocoa powder
65g black dates
2g salt
Pure Chocolate Ganache
50g cream
100g pure chocolate
80g unsweetened almond butter
Method:
For the crust:
1. Add rolled oats, cocoa nibs, black dates, almond meal, cocoa powder and salt to a blender and mix well.
2. Add the mixture to a tart mould by neatly pressing it in
3. Allow it to set in the refrigerator
To make the ganache:
1.Heat the cream and add dark chocolate to it.
2.Mix well and keep the ganache ready.
Assembly:
1.Add unsweetened almond butter in the tart
2.Pour the ganache over the almond butter layer
3.Drizzle some more almond butter on top and spread it neatly
4.Garnish the tart with energy balls of your choice. Enjoy!
