This Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce is creamy, garlicky, and absolutely delish. Use it as a salad dressing, a spread on sandwiches, or a sauce for falafel or shawarma.


2½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice Plus The Zest Of 1 Lemon

1/2 Cup The Butternut Co.Tahini

4 Tablespoons Cilantro, Roughly Chopped, Plus Extra (Or Parsley) To Garnish

Pinch Salt

2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

1/3 Cup Of Water

A Few Extra Herbs For Garnish

In a food processor, blend all ingredients together except for the water, slowly adding water to get the desired consistency. Garnish with herbs. Enjoy!
