1 1/2 Cups The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Creamy (No Stir)
1/2 Cup Honey
1 1/3 Cups Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

1. In a bowl add peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips in a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
2. Make 1 inch balls with a mini cookie scoop or a spoon and roll them well in your hands. Place on wax paper-covered cookie sheet.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until it becomes hard. Enjoy!
