1 Cup The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Almond Butter Creamy
2/3 Cup of Any Granulated Keto-Friendly Sweetener
1 Large Egg
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Combine all your ingredients well.
3. Make 12 balls from it and place them on the lined tray. Place them 2 inches apart, press down on each ball to make a cookie shape. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until just golden on the sides.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!
