Honey Tahini Overnight Oats are our favorite healthy breakfast idea. This will definitely give you some much needed nutrition on a busy morning. Did we mention it’s nut free?



For The Overnight Oats:
1 1/4 Cups Oats
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Pinch Of Salt

For The Honey Tahini:
2 Tbsp The Butternut Co. Tahini
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
Pinch Of Salt



1. Mix the milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and whisk well. Stir in the oats.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Mix tahini, milk, honey and salt and whisk well. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Pour the tahini over the oats and lightly stir in and it’s ready to eat. Enjoy!
