Here’s a zingy peanut chutney to dip just about anything in 🥜 ️
SPICY PEANUT CHUTNEY
1 clove garlic, chopped
1-2 green chillies
1.5 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup The Butternut Co Unsweetened Peanut Butter, Creamy
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
1/2 tsp cumin (zeera)
1/4 tsp salt
1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic, zeera and green chillies and lightly fry them till aromatic.
2. Add remaining ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well mixed.
3. Serve fresh, and store leftovers upto 5 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
