These delish HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE COOKIES are 6 ingredients only! They are vegan and gluten-free and are stuffed with our creamy chocolate hazelnut spread making them taste absolutely delicious!
1 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1. Put up parchment paper on a flat surface. Mix 2 tbsp coconut oil with the hazelnut spread. Drop 1 tsp dollops of this mix onto the parchment and freeze for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare the cooking dough by mixing oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then pour in the remaining coconut oil and maple syrup. Shape them into equal size balls.
3. Press them to form a flat disc, place a frozen chocolate disc in the middle. Fold the edges of the cookie dough over the disc, making sure it’s fully packed or concealed.
4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined and bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
