Ingredients :

2/3 cup raw rolled oats

1 tsp baking soda

2 large eggs

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup The Butternut Co Unsweetened Almond Butter

2/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

2 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method :

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients – oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl add the almond butter, coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the oat mixture to the wet mix, while stirring slowly. Lastly stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. On a greased baking tray, drop scoops of the dough and bake at 175 C for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  5. Cool completely. Enjoy!
