Ingredients :
2/3 cup raw rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup The Butternut Co Unsweetened Almond Butter
2/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Method :
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients – oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder. Mix well.
- In another bowl add the almond butter, coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
- Add the oat mixture to the wet mix, while stirring slowly. Lastly stir in the chocolate chips.
- On a greased baking tray, drop scoops of the dough and bake at 175 C for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely. Enjoy!
