Nut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

Banana, 1 large, peeled and frozen
Strawberries, 4 large, cut
Oats, 1 tbsp.
Chia Seeds, 1 tsp.
Nut Butter (of your choice)
Soy Milk (or substitute)
Raw Honey, to taste
Cinammon, to taste

Steps:

  1. Add the fruits and milk in the blender and churn till smooth.
  2. Add the nut butter and blend again for 1-2 minutes. Recommended: Cocoa Almond, Bare Almond, Bare Peanut
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and more milk to get the desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a tall mug and enjoy!
  5. Optional: Add a scoop of your protein powder to get a potent post workout power smoothie.
