Sneak some tahini into your day by making this delicious Date Halva for tea time!



200g Medjool Dates

3/4 Cup The Butternut Co Tahini

1/2 Tsp Cardamom (Optional)

Pinch Of Salt

Chopped Pistachios To Decorate



1. Add the dates and tahini to a food processor, blend until you have a smooth well-combined mixture.

2. Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and press down. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. Freeze for an hour, then slice into bars.

3. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
