DARK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES

The easiest dessert there ever was. We are loving it even more because it’s no-bake!

Ingredients :
1 cup coconut flour

½ cup honey or maple syrup

2 cups The Butternut Co Peanut Butter Creamy

100g dark chocolate

Sea Salt

METHOD :
1. In a large bowl mix the coconut flour, maple syrup and peanut butter till dough is formed.

2. Spread evenly into a pan and press down till it is leveled. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and pour over the chilled dough base. Sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze again till it sets.

4. Do not strain. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
