This rich and creamy Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge is made with dark chocolate, blanched hazelnuts, and our secret ingredient. The Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Creamy gives the fudge a smooth texture and luscious nutty flavor.

1 1/2 Cups Blanched Hazelnuts
Coconut Oil, For Brushing
3 Cups Chopped Dark Chocolate
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Milk Chocolate
1 Cup The Butternut Co. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Creamy

1. Preheat oven to 175C. Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet; toast until golden and fragrant, or about 14 minutes.
2. Lightly brush a 9X5” loaf pan with coconut oil; line in both directions with parchment. Melt 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate in a bowl set upon a pan of simmering water. Brush the loaf pan all over with half of the melted chocolate; freeze for 5 minutes. Brush again with melted chocolate and freeze for 5 more minutes.
3. In the bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt the remaining 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate and milk chocolate, stirring together until smooth. Turn heat off; stir in hazelnut spread and hazelnuts.
4. Pour onto the chilled chocolate shell and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Let it cool down for 30 minutes before slicing crosswise into pieces. It can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
