These no-bake Chocolate Cashew Bars get ready in no time and are about as healthy as a chocolate bar can get.

3/4 cup The Butternut Co. Tahini
340g dark chocolate
1 cup roasted cashew
2 tsp vanilla extract
225g pitted Medjool dates

1. Blend dates, cashews, tahini, and vanilla in a food processor until well combined and no large chunks remain. Pour it into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm or 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Melt the chocolate until smooth. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
3. Cut into 16 bars. Cover in chocolate and garnish as desired. Let the chocolate sit for 10 minutes. Keep stored in the fridge. Enjoy!
