These no-bake Chocolate Cashew Bars get ready in no time and are about as healthy as a chocolate bar can get.
1. Blend dates, cashews, tahini, and vanilla in a food processor until well combined and no large chunks remain. Pour it into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm or 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Melt the chocolate until smooth. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
