1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
113 gm finely chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp the Butternut Co. Almond Butter Creamy
1. Mix almond butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth.
2. Line a pan with parchment paper. Grease with coconut oil. Pour mixture evenly into the prepared pan and transfer into the fridge.
3. Microwave the dark chocolate and the almond butter in 30-second intervals, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the frozen almond butter base and place it back in the fridge.
4. Let it cool for at least two hours before cutting and serving. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
