CASHEW BUTTER TEA BISCUITS! These are our take on making healthy tea biscuits. With few ingredients only, these are perfect to bake on a lazy afternoon.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 9 Minutes
Serves: 8 Cookies

6 tbsp white rice flour
2 tbsp The Butternut Co. cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/16 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 175C. Place parchment paper on a cookie tray and set it aside.
2. Process all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture turns out like a dough. If the mixture is too wet, add a little flour, if it’s too dry, add a little maple syrup.
3. Knead the mixture for a while and then roll using a rolling pin, keeping 1/8″ thick. Cut out as many cookies as you can with a cookie cutter and transfer them onto the prepared cookie sheet.
4. Bake your cookies in a pre-heated oven for 9 mins or longer if you want them to be crispy. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool down. Enjoy!
