What better way to start off your mornings than having a refreshing, refined-sugar free smoothie?
With the goodness of cashew butter and antioxidants from fresh blueberries, this smoothie is a deliciously healthy way to kickstart your day!
INGREDIENTS:
150 ml milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cashew butter
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tsp honey
4-5 ice cubes
Few more blueberries and granola for the topping
TO GARNISH:
Blueberries
Granola of choice
METHOD:
- Start by adding milk and cashew butter to the blender and blend well.
- Next add the honey, fresh blueberries and 4-5 cubes of ice and blend again until combined.
- Pour the smoothie in a mason jar and top with a few more blueberries and granola.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy!
