4 Cups Soft Dates
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
1 Cup Coconut Cream, Chilled
Salted Caramel For Garnish
Pinch Of Salt
- Add pitted dates, almond butter, coconut oil, and 1/3 cup of coconut cream in a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes or until you have a smooth creamy mixture. Add a big pinch of salt and blend again.
- Line an 8×8 brownie tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture, press down and evenly spread with a spatula. Freeze until set before cutting into squares.
- Spray coconut cream on top of each square and drizzle with salted caramel. Top with a choice of nut for a bit of crunch (we used hazelnut) and enjoy!
