Made with 5 simple ingredients, these No Bake Caramel Almond Butter Bites are a quick and easy fix for any sweet tooth. Did we mention it’s vegan and refined sugar-free? Try them now or SAVE them for later


4 Cups Soft Dates

1 Cup The Butternut Co. Jaggery Almond Butter

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted

1 Cup Coconut Cream, Chilled

Salted Caramel For Garnish  

Pinch Of Salt


  1. Add pitted dates, almond butter, coconut oil, and 1/3 cup of coconut cream in a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes or until you have a smooth creamy mixture. Add a big pinch of salt and blend again.
  2. Line an 8×8 brownie tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture, press down and evenly spread with a spatula. Freeze until set before cutting into squares. 
  3. Spray coconut cream on top of each square and drizzle with salted caramel. Top with a choice of nut for a bit of crunch (we used hazelnut) and enjoy!
