4 Tbsp Nut Butter
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1. Cut bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into each half. Coat them in 1 tbsp nut butter (you can thin it with coconut oil if needed). Freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight.
2. Once frozen, melt dark vegan chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil until smooth over double boil.
3. Dip frozen bananas in the chocolate and coat evenly. Sprinkle with desired toppings like chopped nuts or desiccated coconut. Freeze again. Enjoy!
