Like eating apple pie for breakfast – but guilt free. This smoothie bowl is wholesome, filling and made with real ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen bananas
1 apple
Cinnamon powder, a pinch
1 tbsp Unsweetened Almond butter
1 tsp Honey (optional)
Milk/almond milk
TP GARNISH:
Banana & apple slices
Chia seeds
Chocolate Peanut butter
METHOD:
- Blend the bananas, apple, cinnamon powder, almond butter, honey & milk in a high speed blender.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with fruits of choice, nuts, seeds and some chocolate peanut butter.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy!
