This two minute protein packed Greek Yogurt Bowl is all we are eating for breakfast, snack, and dessert! It’s a quick and healthy recipe filled with the goodness of real ingredients, and with no added sugar.
Tip: Use unsweetened coconut yogurt to make it vegan.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter, unsweetened
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp honey (maple syrup for vegan)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
To garnish:
Sliced Bananas
Berries
Chia Seeds
Roasted Almonds
Granola, of choice
Almond Butter
METHOD:
1. Add the greek yogurt to a bowl as a base.
2. Next add cinnamon powder, honey, almond butter and vanilla extract.
3. Mix well and add the chia seeds. Mix again.
4. Add your garnish and last but not the least, add the almond butter drizzle on top.
5. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
