These Paleo Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Bars are the richest, luscious, perfect chocolatey treats! They’re made with almond flour, almond butter, and protein powder for a massive protein kick. Nothing a bit of chocolate can’t fix, right?
Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Vegan Protein Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Almond Butter Creamy
1/2 cup Soaked Seedless Dates
Melted Dark Chocolate
Method
1. In a blender, add all ingredients except chocolate and blend until well combined till you get a soft mixture.
2. Press the mixture evenly onto a tray and freeze until it turns hard.
3. Once hard, slice into bars. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and enjoy!
