Abs aren’t made in the kitchen but cookies are! Made with 3 simple ingredients these Peanut Butter Cookies are super quick and easy to make. They are also vegan & gluten-free.


1 cup Oat Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

1/2 cup The Butternut Co. Unsweetened Peanut Butter Crunchy


1. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well until you have a soft dough.

2. Take the dough and roll them into small balls and press them against a lined parchment paper try. Bake at 180 C for 10-15 min depending on the texture you want.

3. Take them out of the oven and allow them cool. Munch on the cookie with tea, coffee, or milk and enjoy!
